Michelle Welchons

Michelle was honored to work as the producer for Barbaro Crespo aka Machito on his debut project, “Lo Que No Pude Hacer Con Mi Papá.” The project is a tribute to Machito’s late father, and features some of Cuban rumba’s pillars in a moving homage to rumba’s past and a nod to its future. The first track, “Me Gusta el Guaguancó” was released on September 3rd, 2024. A making-of documentary was also created for this project by Kike Rodriguez and Firefly Films.
